NEA Clinic Charitable Foundation's Medicine Assistance Program (MAP) started in March of 2002 and has grown dramatically each month since then. The number of medications we assist with is five per patient, however, there may be exceptions granted in some cases.

Our program helps patients with the correct paperwork and assists them in obtaining these prescriptions from the pharmaceutical companies at a cost of $2.00 per prescription. The guidelines which each patient must meet are set by the pharmaceutical company and not by NEA Clinic Charitable Foundation.

Physicians from all over Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri are sending their patients to NEA Clinic Charitable Foundation for assistance - the MAP program reaches far greater than just the NEA Clinic family of physicians. There is no limit or restrictions to those who apply; it is up to the pharmaceutical company to determine if an applicant meets the criteria.

The first step in getting into the program is to send in the completed forms that can be found on our website. If all information requested is included, we will process the request as quickly as possible. Delays will occur if information is missing - please complete the forms carefully without omitting information.
