Nettleton School Hope Week Events

NHS EAST, NJHS EAST, Student Council, Dance Team, FCCLA, and Choir will be conducting a tour of hope throughout the city of Jonesboro. Students will visit local nursing homes, senior citizens centers, and other Nettleton community partners to sing, visit, and share our message of hope!

 
NHS Student Council will conduct a school-wide food drive to benefit the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas (Monday-Friday)
 
"High Five for Hope"
NJHS EAST students will be sharing inspirational "high fives" with the staff, teachers, and students of Nettleton Junior High. 

"Hope Honors"
NJHS EAST students will visit local senior citizen centers to visit, listen, share, and promote hope among our city's honored elders. Students will make tokens of appreciation and honor to distribute to Jonesboro's seniors.

"Chalk Talk for Hope"
NJHS EAST will join with Nettleton High School EAST to create sidewalk chalk art at each of the Nettleton school campuses that promote hope and a positive outlook!

NHS and NHJS EAST Wall of Hope with inspirational messages by providing students and staff
 
NHS Student Council-Raider "We Care" Kits to be distributed to students in need and to homeless shelter

NHS Dance Team will participate in special "Hope" project of collecting yarn for Hope Circle

NHS EAST Readers are Leaders to read at the elementary to promote HOPE

NHS and NJHS EAST to create posters of HOPE to be shared with senior citizens
 
NHS EAST-"HOPE You're Having a Great Day"  treats -Delivering to community leaders and school administrators
 
NHS and NJHS will participate in Heart and Sole on September 28 to promote health and wellness in our community.
 
NHS and NJHS EAST will participate in United Way "Day of Caring" September 27 
 
NCCLA  will make and distribute treat bags to teachers for giving Hope.
