Started in March 2002, NEA Baptist Charitable Foundation's Medicine Assistance Program (MAP) helps patients obtain their life-saving prescriptions. Specifically, MAP aids in preparing the correct paperwork and assists in obtaining these prescriptions from the pharmaceutical companies for a $2.00 processing fee.
NEA Baptist Charitable Foundation's MAP has a goal to help qualified patients obtain the medications they need for free.
Physicians from all over Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri are sending their patients to NEA Baptist Charitable Foundation for assistance. Patients may be eligible regardless their physician. There is no limit or restrictions to those who apply; it is up to the pharmaceutical company to determine if an applicant meets the criteria.
The guidelines which each patient must meet are set by the pharmaceutical company and not by NEA Baptist Charitable Foundation. The basic qualifing factors include no prescription coverage and meeting income guidelines.
The first step in getting into the program is to send in the completed forms that can be found on our website. If all information requested is included, we will process the request as quickly as possible. Delays will occur if information is missing - please complete the forms carefully without omitting information.
